I got into food after finishing uni, initially led by a keen desire to find more interesting veggie food than what was on offer at the time. I’m glad to see the vegetarian and vegan food scene has moved on from the sad pasta bake offerings of the late 90’s!
When I became vegan it brought new challenges to cooking. I like that cooking always has something new to teach me. I get to learn every time I pick up a recipe.
