Celluloid Streams: What to watch online this week

We're back with another selection of films which are available for streaming this week.

Athlete A (18) - Netflix

While the Larry Nassar scandal in American gymnastics has been well-documented, Bonni Cohen and Jon Shenk's documentary exposes just how pernicious the cover-up and institutional negligence were. Watch trailer.

Game Night (15) - Prime

Hands down the best Studio comedy of the last decade, John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein's film is a work of absolute genius. While there's a great cast, it's undoubtedly Jesse Plemons and Olivia who steal the show. Watch trailer.

Driveways (15) - NOW TV

Andrew Ahn's drama tackles the complexities of families and grief through the eyes of three different generations. It's a quietly touching and warmly empathetic film. Watch trailer.

Leviathan (15) - iPlayer

Andrey Zvyagintsev is arguably the most important film director working in Russia. He manages to somehow skirt the Kremlin's displeasure whilst holding up a mirror to the injustices in the country today. Watch trailer.

The Bigamist (PG) - MUBI

If Ida Lupino was a man, she'd be a household name. Actor, director, producer and singer, she excelled in everything she did. As a filmmaker, she is only now beginning to receive the credit which she so thoroughly deserves. The Bigamist is one of her best. Watch trailer.
