Alex is an early-careers researcher, specialising in the fields of race, higher education and literature. He primarily writes on themes of family, race, place and architecture, and explores how they are represented in literary fiction and relate to his own South Asian heritage. Alex is passionate about dismantling inequities in the arts and education, and runs various literary, film and Hip Hop events in Sheffield and online.
