Bungalows & Bears have announced the line-up for their free Tramlines fringe weekend.

"It's been really fun programming this year and we're proud to have our most diverse lineup yet, with everything from house to disco to psych to punk", said events manager Jordan White.

"We've become recognised for our jazz events in the past couple of years and so we're chuffed to have acts like Yazmin Lacey and Chaos in the CBD headlining, who are both at the forefront of the new future-jazz wave."

Expect latin-jazz and funky world rhythms all night

R&S producer Ben Hayes and Nottingham's Babe Punch play Saturday and Sunday respectively, while local acts include Oh Papa and psych group Baba Naga.

Tramlines returns to Hillsborough Park this year, with headliners including Chic and the Happy Mondays. The Bungalows fringe runs from 19 to 21 July, and is free entry all weekend.

"Some of the acts are previous guests such as Flok and Lucid and others are making their debut like Galaxians and All Girls Arson Club," said Jordan.

"It's also great to have local crews Fortythree and Cabasa Club hosting our big opening and closing parties."

We asked Jordan what he was most looking forward to over the weekend.

"Everyone of course! I'm particularly excited to see Mafalda. She's an amazing DJ from Lisbon and co-runs the label Melodies International with Floating Points. Expect latin-jazz and funky world rhythms all night."
