3rd NOVEMBER / SECRET WAREHOUSE / £8.
It’s a non-stop secret garage party of the highest most secret calibre! Wookie, Sticky and Mista Men are all piling into the most secret of secret warehouses. Even they don’t know where it is! Link

THE UK’S BIGGEST COMPUTER FAIR.
4th NOVEMBER / DON VALLEY / FREE.
There are not many computer fairs currently residing in the UK that could claim to be the UK’s biggest computer fair but this one can do just that. Trust us on this, it’s a large one. Link

BONFIRE NIGHT.
5th NOVEMBER / EVERYWHERE / FREE.
The only way to experience 360 degrees of Bonfire Night is to clamber your way to the top of one of the taller buildings in this city. Our recommendation – St Paul’s Tower (the tallest building in Sheffield since 2010 don’t you know).

THE HOT POT.
6th NOVEMBER / NOTTINGHAM HOUSE / FREE.
The legendary Sequoia crew announced the return of The Hot Pot last month. The whole of Sheffield instantly dropped what it was doing and squeezed into The Notty House for a night of the very finest roots, ragga, dutty dubs and balkan beats. NB: Hot Pot is not on sale at this event. Link

DISPLACE.
7th NOVEMBER / FWD / £5.
Marcus Intalex headlines this impressive array of drum and bass talent. Label boss at Soul:R and founder of award winning Manchester club night  Soul:ution, this is the DNB destination for November. Link

ROUNDABOUT CHARITY NIGHT.
8TH NOVEMBER / FORUM / FREE (DONATIONS).
A fundraiser for local youth housing charity roundabout, featuring Sarah Mac, The Bootleggers and The Ratells and compered by Paulette Edwards of BBC Radio Sheffield fame. Link

DUB PISTOLS.
10th NOVEMBER / PLUG / £10.
If you went to a festival this summer, chances are you caught Barry Ashworth and his band of merry men. It’s certainly no coincidence that Dub Pistols consistently get voted one of the best live acts in the country; this is a guaranteed roof-raising. Link

STEALING SHEEP.
13th NOVEMBER / THE HARLEY / £6.
Semi Detached push the boat out once more by showcasing the musical flavourings of this all-girl Liverpool three piece. Think glitchy percussion, gossamer-light harmonies, analogue synths and eclectic, hurdy-gurdy textures. Link

MADBALL.
13th NOVEMBER / CORP / £12.
New York hardcore heavyweight and MC Freddy Cricien is on the road again, this time bringing his first love Madball. Warning: circle pits are a strong possibility. Link

WINTER WARMER.
16th -18th NOVEMBER / SHEFFIELD / FREE.
Charitable weekend shindig being split across Shakespeares, Solly Street and the lean streets of Sheffield. Cake, live music, real ale, lindy hop, blues and moustaches are all promised! Link

NEW YORK BRASS BAND.
17th NOVEMBER / FOX & DUCK / FREE.
Cool Beans celebrates 2 years of nonsense by inviting everyone’s favourite party starters The NYBB back down to Sheffield for a free gig in the newly re-furbished Fox & Duck. Also featuring an exclusive DJ set from the notorious Ham Pocket, it could get raucous. Link

THE GREAT YORKSHIRE TEDDY BEAR EVENT.
18th NOVEMBER / HILTON HOTEL / FREE.

Everyone loves teddy bears, everyone. The aim of the Great Yorkshire Teddy Bear Event is to simultaneously showcase the finest teddy bear artistry from across the World and raise money for The Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity. Link

PUZZLED.
21st NOVEMBER / HARRISONS 1845 / £2.
The extremely talented Sam Redmore travels up from Birmingham for a special DJ set at new night Puzzled. Check out his Soundcloud page for some of the nicest mashups, mixes and remixes around. Link

ROBIN INCE.
27th NOVEMBER / LANTERN THEATRE / £15.
Robin continues his comic exploration into the human condition with his latest show, Happiness Through Science. Fresh from the success of The Infinite Monkey Cage and The Uncaged Monkeys Tour with Professor Brian Cox, this will be a real treat for fans of science and comedy alike. Link

29th NOVEMBER / CRUCIBLE LYCEUM STUDIO / £15.
The Crucible are hosting a number of fantastic Music in the Round events throughout the month of November, this one focusing on the works of Django Bates and the late, great Charlie Parker. Link
